For children in regional and remote communities across the state, a professional live theatre performance can be a rare – or entirely absent – part of growing up.

Terrapin’s schools touring program exists to change that. Each year we bring a world-class production directly to primary schools across Tasmania, reaching children who may never otherwise encounter live performance.

As the cost of living rises, so do our production and touring costs. The schools touring program is at the heart of what Terrapin does: it’s how we reach children everywhere, not just in the cities. We can’t imagine a future without it.
